ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The user unconditionally agrees with these General Terms by registering an account on Doctranslate.io. By sending a file to Doctranslate.io, the user promises to take all reasonable precautions to guarantee that its user has the required rights to the files its user processes and that they are virus-free. The user is in charge of how its user uses the platform and how the reviewers its user invites use it. The user is in charge of controlling their password and access. A working email address and agreement to the terms and conditions are the only requirements for free use. Translation results from Doctranslate.io are powered by AI. Users must check the final result for accuracy, and Doctranslate.io is not responsible for the direct or indirect consequences of this translation result.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The user grants Doctranslate.io access to the information that its user has provided solely for the purposes of ensuring that the terms of service have been followed, enhance the quality of the service, and offering any necessary User support. All information provided by the user is totally confidential. The data that the user has posted on the platform in his or her personal space may be deleted at any moment, and Doctranslate.io will not retain any copies of such material. To ensure that the user is not abusing the credit provided when the account was created, Doctranslate.io merely keeps track of the user's email address and usage volume information. The user owns all rights to the User's Content. Nonetheless, the user allows Doctranslate.io non-exclusive right to use the Content only in order to provide the User with Doctranslate.io services. Additionally, the user provides Doctranslate.io the right to sub-grant the aforementioned rights to the sub-documents in order to store, edit, process, translate, and temporarily transfer the sub-documents in order to offer the services covered by this Agreement.
TRANSLATION QUALITY
Doctranslate.io has created a free online tool for instant translation, which millions of users have utilized. The quality of the translations provided by Doctranslate.io can be tested at https://doctranslate.io, allowing users to gauge the level of accuracy they can expect. It's important to note that the results of Doctranslate.io are provided "as is" because machine translation can never achieve perfection due to the lack of an independent, objective, automated measure of translation quality. Additionally, the translation process may alter the structure of documents, such as varying text lengths that may not fit into the original layout.
ACCESSIBILITY OF COMMERCIAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
Doctranslate.io does not undertake to provide assistance services other than the Faqs and the reply to e-mails related to the form, as part of using the automated platform. Doctranslate.io mainly uses Doctranslate.io's own technologies but can and open source software. The platform is designed and managed by Doctranslate.io. These terms and conditions may change at any time and shall apply immediately, except as regards the terms of use for subscribers who remain valid during the term of their subscription and who may change with notice. Doctranslate.io reserves the right to add or remove features or functions for which the User has not been invoiced and to adapt or modify paid features as long as the quality of service provided remains similar.
