Features and Functionality

DocTranslate supports translation across 80+ languages, including English, Vietnamese, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, and many more. Open the language selector in any tool to see the full list.

Document Translation supports DOCX, PDF, PPTX, XLSX, and TXT (up to 3 files, 300 MB each). Visual Translation accepts scanned images and photos. Media Translation handles common audio and video formats.

Yes. Every translation is kept in your Translation History. Free-plan files expire after 7 days; paid plans keep files for 1 year.

DocTranslate uses advanced AI to produce highly accurate translations, but quality can vary with file format, language pair, and text complexity. For critical documents, review the result and use the Rate quality option to help us improve.

Yes. My Dictionary lets you save source/target term pairs so DocTranslate translates your brand names, product terms, and industry vocabulary consistently every time.

Pricing and Credits

Credits are the currency used to pay for translation and automation tasks on DocTranslate. Each task deducts a certain amount of credits from your balance based on its size and type.

Go to Plan in the sidebar (or the Credits recharge button in the header) to subscribe to a plan or top up credits. New accounts start with 5 free credits to try every module.

The exact cost depends on the task — word count for documents, page count for scans/images, or minutes for audio/video. DocTranslate always shows a cost estimate before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

We'll let you know when your balance is too low for a task and prompt you to top up or upgrade your plan before continuing.

DocTranslate supports MOMO, 9Pay, PayPal, and Polar (secure card payments), with more methods rolling out over time.

Request a VAT invoice at checkout and fill in your billing details, or contact support@doctranslate.io / +84 77 614 7969 the same day as your payment (before midnight) — invoices cannot be issued after the next day.

Security and Privacy

DocTranslate is built on ISO 27001–certified infrastructure. Your files are processed to generate your translation and are never used to train AI models.

Yes. Go to Settings → File Retention Period to choose when your translated files are automatically deleted.

For Business

Yes. The Team plan includes a shared workspace, an admin dashboard, multiple seats, and centralized billing so your whole team can translate under one account.

Yes. Paid plans include access to the DocTranslate Translation API — generate API keys from Settings → API to integrate DocTranslate directly into your systems.
