When you place a data submission through the Site, uploaded documents are deleted from the Site servers in a certain period of time. We may maintain your other Provided Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. This service also shares the information contained within any uploaded data submission with Google Translate in order to process documents. In order to use this service, you must agree with all the terms of the Google Services Privacy Policy and all the terms of the Google Services Terms of Service. Otherwise, you must not use this service.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Private Hosting / On-Premises Deployment
Scope & Applicability
This section applies to customers who use our services on privately-hosted or on-premises infrastructure rather than via our cloud platform.
Data Processing & Transfer
When you host our software privately, you retain control over the server environment and physical infrastructure. We do not transfer or store your data on our systems unless explicitly agreed. We do collect minimal metadata—such as version numbers, error logs, or usage telemetry—only if you enable this feature for support or analytics. Any enabled telemetry is under your control and can be disabled at any time.
Customer Responsibilities
- Security of hosting environment (OS patches, firewalls, network security)
- Secure configuration of TLS certificates, secure ports, and domain settings
- Physical security and backups of servers and databases

Support & Updates
For private deployments, we may provide updates, patches, or support materials, but you are responsible for applying these. If we deliver files or credentials, you're responsible for secure transfer and storage.
Data Return & Deletion After Termination
Upon contract termination or misuse, you are responsible for securely erasing private-hosted data. If requested, we can provide export files of configuration or logs within [timeframe] days; afterwards, any data we hold in backups or logs will be securely deleted within 60 days.
Liability & Indemnity
We disclaim liability for any security breach, compliance failure, or data loss arising from misconfiguration, your hosting provider, or vulnerabilities in your private environment. You agree to indemnify us against claims directly caused by your hosting setup.
Telemetry & Optional Diagnostics
Optional telemetry (e.g., health checks, feature usage) can be enabled for support insights. We explicitly document what is collected, and all such data is encrypted and stored per our standard security policy.
